Met Office’s Extreme Weather Prediction

It was informed by Met Office that in weather in 10 days will be a wave from the west. It is expected to spread in central and southern parts of Pakistan and may persist. Moreover, It’s likely to enter Pakistan on the 26th of April in the Evening or night and likely till the first week of May.

It’s predicted that Rain-wind/thunderstorms from 26th April in the Evening/night to 29th April are expected. In Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera, Swabi, Mardan, Bajaur, Kurram, Waziristan, and Kohat. In Islamabad, Murree, Galliyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Lahore. Kashmir (Neelum Valley, Muzaffarabad, Poonch, Hattian, Bagh, Haveli, Sudhanoti, Kotli, Bhimber, Mirpur). Moreover, in Gilgit-Baltistan (Diamir, Astore, Ghizer, Skardu, Hunza, Gilgit, Ghanche, and Shigar) such weather condition is expected.

However, rainstorm, dust/thunderstorm with severe fall, and hailstorm is likely to occur from 27th April (evening/night) to 03rd May. It is expected in Balochistan (Quetta, Zhob, Barkhan, Qila Saifullah, Qillah Abdullah, Chamman, Pishin, Noshki, Naseerabad, Sibbi, Khuzdar, Kalat, Lasbella, Awaran, Kharan, Makran coast). It is also expected in south Punjab (Multan, D.G. Khan, Bahawalnagar, and Sahiwal). Moreover in Sindh (Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Dadu, Shaheed Benazirabad, Hyderabad, and Karachi.
