As an active MJO likely to move eastward across Maritime continent & later weaken as it goes towards Pacific, unfortunately, there is no sign of any significant rainfall event over plains for the next 14 days or so, however this setup is favorable to regain LaNina control for next few weeks.

To summarize, overall Drier yet Harsher Winter season (with lot of Smog/Haze) to kickstart across the country from mid November and looks to continue atleast into early February.
