#CycloneGulab has made landfall over South Odisha today evening.

It will continue to move west-northwestward & weaken gradually into a deep depression in next 12 hours and further to a depression in subsequent 24 hours. It is likely to cross Gujrat (near Saurashtra) and emerge in N Arabian sea by ~ late Sep 29. It is very likely to re-intensify after entering in Arab sea.

Heavy to very heavy rains with damaging winds likely mainly in coastal and lower Sindh from Sept 28- Oct 1 with heaviest of rainfall possible b/w Sept 29 to Oct 1st.
